If this is your profile... 

  • You have gained a higher education degree, for example in the field of computer science, or completed a vocational training as an IT specialist or you have several years of working experience in the field of IT
  • You have a high level of initiative, as well as conceptional skills for process optimization and projects
  • You are familiar with the administration, configuration, and adaptation of the CRM system CAS genesisWorld 
  • You have knowledge in database management, SQL, and various data formats such as XML and JSON
  • Ideally, you have basic knowledge of a programming language 
  • You are well versed in analytical thinking, as well as solving complex technical problems
  • You have sound knowledge of German and ideally of English for conveying technical information in a comprehensible manner
  • You have a strong service orientation and you enjoy team work

  • In close collaboration with our IT administrators, you ensure the availability, performance, and stability of the software application
  • You are responsible for authorization management and first-level support for the software application
  • You are responsible for the regular execution of monitorings and updates
  • You train our employees in using the software application
  • You support the execution and further development of the IT security architecture
  • You optimize and implement new workflows in the software application
  • You support the planning, implementation, and configuration of add-ons and modifications
  • You ensure that the documentation of processes, system information, and changes are up to date 
  • You take care of the support and coordination for tasks of external service providers
