If this is your profile... 

  • You have completed vocational training as an IT specialist or you have a similar qualification
  • You have knowledge of user support methods and measures
  • You have basic knowledge of handling server landscapes and networks
  • You are familiar with Microsoft applications and ideally with Atlassian applications
  • You have first experience in system administration
  • You have good knowledge of German and ideally also of English
  • You have a strong service orientation and you enjoy team work

  • You are jointly responsible for authorizations, as well as the maintenance and smooth operation of our company-wide IT infrastructure
  • You ensure the availability of IT systems – hardware, software, and peripheral equipment
  • You are the first point of contact for our employees regarding inquiries and tickets for equipment, software, and licenses
  • You are responsible for the regular execution of monitorings and routines
  • You contribute to IT security in the fields of network, firewall, and antivirus
  • You procure, install, configure, and maintain the workplace equipment
  • You consult and teach our employees for standard applications
  • You support with the purchasing of equipment and licenses, as well as with maintenance contract renewal
