If this is your profile... 

  • You have completed a vocational training as an IT specialist or a commercial vocational training in the field of IT system management or you have working experience in the field of IT
  • You have knowledge of user support methods and measures
  • You have basic knowledge of handling server landscapes and networks
  • You are well versed with Microsoft applications and ideally you are familiar with Atlassian applications or CAS genesisWorld
  • You have first experience in system administration
  • You have good knowledge of German and ideally also of English 
  • You have a strong service orientation and you enjoy team work

  • You are jointly responsible for authorizations, as well as the maintenance and smooth operation of our company-wide IT infrastructure
  • You ensure the availability of IT systems – hardware, software, and peripheral equipment 
  • You support in implementing new IT solutions
  • You are the first point of contact for our employees regarding inquiries and tickets about equipment, software, and licenses
  • You are responsible for the regular execution of monitorings and updates
  • You contribute to the implementation and further development of IT security in the fields of network, firewall, and antivirus 
  • You procure, install, configure, and maintain the workplace equipment 
  • You consult and teach our employees on standard applications
  • You support in purchasing equipment and licenses, as well as in renewing contracts
