IF THIS IS YOUR PROFILE …

  • You completed a vocational training or have a degree with specialization in Human Resources Management or a similar qualification
  • You have relevant job experience in operative HR
  • You are keen on diversified tasks including routine and conceptional to-dos
  • You are very flexible and able to react dynamically to new requirements
  • You have sound knowledge of German and English
  • Your strengths are communication, empathy, service-orientation, discretion, and conceptional thinking

  • As an allrounder, you actively support all HR processes: HR marketing, recruiting, on- and offboarding, employee administration and development
  • You consult and accompany our employees and applicants. With your keen service orientation, you make sure everyone is satisfied
  • You develop concepts to further develop our HR tools
  • You contribute to the digitalization and continuous optimization of our HR processes
  • Additionally, you will drive the further development of our HR department by working on exciting projects and, if desired, take on project responsibility
  • Since success is always a team effort for us, you will collaborate closely with your HR colleagues on all your tasks
