If this is your profile...
- You enjoy working with people and are good with numbers
- You are a team player, have strong communication skills and a sense for customer needs
- You completed a commercial vocational training, for example, with focus on industry or office management, or you have a similar qualification
- Ideally, you already gained know-how in order processing or customer service
- You have an interest in software products, and in our customers from discrete industries
- You have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, and of CRM systems
- You work independently and in a well-structured way

- You actively contribute to the daily business of our customer service team
- You ensure high customer satisfaction with a service-oriented mindset
- You and your team establish the communication of our sales and project teams with our customers and service providers
- You are responsible for the commercial administration, as well as order definition and management in projects, and you work hand in hand with our sales and project teams
- You create and process offers, purchase orders, and invoices independently
- You contribute to our efforts in continuously developing and optimizing our customer service
