If this is your profile...
- You completed a commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial management assistant or a similar vocational training, ideally with focus on HR
- You have fist work experience in personnel administration
- Communication, empathy, focus on service and discretion are among your strengths
- You have sound knowledge of German and English
- You are well-versed in common Microsoft Office applications

- With your focus on service, you ensure the satisfaction of our employees and job applicants
- As an all-rounder, you work on diverse administrative tasks of daily personnel administration
- You take on diversified tasks in the fields of applicant management, creation of contracts and job references, coordination and documentation of performance reviews, organization of training, and absence management
- Additionally, you can contribute to the continued development of our HR department in exciting projects
