If this is your profile... 

  • You completed a commercial vocational training, e.g. as an industrial management assistant or a similar vocational training, ideally with focus on HR
  • You have fist work experience in personnel administration
  • Communication, empathy, focus on service and discretion are among your strengths
  • You have sound knowledge of German and ideally also English
  • You are well-versed in common Microsoft Office applications

  • With your focus on service, you ensure the satisfaction of our employees and job applicants
  • As an all-rounder, you work on diverse administrative tasks of daily personnel administration
  • You take on diversified tasks in the fields of applicant management, creation of contracts and job references, personnel changes, organization of training, and absence management
  • Additionally, you can contribute to the continued development of our HR department in exciting projects
